Dear Bart:

	I have decided to change the subject of my proposed VTSS Forum talk,
because I haven't time to write up my original proposal.  The new
title is

\noindent Home use of computers: Past predictions, present reality and new advocacy.

The reading material is my 1970 paper ``Home Computer Terminals'' given
in a Bordeaux conference {\it L'homme et l'ordinateur\/} and published in its
proceedings.  The paper will be supplemented by a commentary with a 1987 point
of view.  I hope you can schedule the talk for Spring Quarter, but
there are some constraints on dates, because of travelling.
